“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
– Rumi –
(self and others)
Through removing the veil of conditioning that had us believe our love, happiness, security and peace came from others and external circumstances – we discover how we lost our power.
We become aware of the beliefs that we inherited from family, friends and culture. And the experiences and stories that made us conclude we were not worthy, good enough and did not belong.
Through understanding our own patterns of relating, and the insecurities that led us to give away our power in exchange for feeling secure, loved and accepted – we make wiser choices.
Liberating us to create more meaningful and loving relationships with ourselves and others through a deeper understanding of our true nature.
