We may be happy in the lives we create, but there may be something we dream and long for. Something that calls out to us and wishes it was different.

Regardless of where we are in our lives and the area – health, relationships, career or pursuing a lifelong passion – if it is important to us, it’s worth listening to.

Sometimes these subjects get our attention during the day, and sometimes at night through our dreams (and nightmares) when we are sleeping; communicating our hopes, desires and fears.

We will explore the value of both in the fertile, psychological internal environment within the conscious and unconscious realms, guided by wisdom that is always present whether we are awake or sleeping.
